Lucale Presents White Truffle Menu This December
Sai Ying Pun's Lucale's new white truffle dishes are now available as part of the restaurant's takeaway options. Highlights include Scottona beef tartare with 63-degree slow-cooked egg and puffed rice; pumpkin cream with 63-degree egg and Avezzano potato foam and homemade egg tagliolini with white truffles. Guests can also order the restaurant signature Caesar Salad Revisited, various pasta dishes and La Bistecca 'Rangers Valley' con Osso, a one-kilo rib steak served with roasted lard potatoes, eggplant and creamed spinach.
