名廚 Alessandro Angelini 及 Luca De Berardinis 嚴選新鮮時令黑松露,呈獻三道豐盛菜餚,且每道菜均含有至少8克來自法國佩里戈爾的黑鑽松露(Périgord Black Truffles),帶您沉醉於松露的獨有香氣。

全新推出的自家製意式雲吞內餡釀滿了春雞和包心菜(港幣$ 458),配搭濃郁的鵝肝醬汁,最後於頂部刨上大量黑松露片,香濃之餘口感豐富,一定會給您留下深刻印象。
