Black Winter Truffles and Valentine’s Day Delights at LucAle

LucAle dazzles diners once again with an innovative Italian menu featuring black winter truffles, as well as special Valentine’s Day dishes.

Valentine’s Day

Lovers will enjoy two special dishes for Valentine’s Day: Foie Gras Toast with Mandarin Sorbet (HK$298) and Spaghetti Oyster with Caviar (HK$358). The uniquely purple spaghetti makes for a picture perfect plate, as well as a romantic indulgence. Both Valentine’s Day dishes are available alongside the black truffle and à la carte menu.

Black Truffle Menu

Available until the beginning of March, the Michelin-acclaimed Italian ristorante presents three opulent dishes, each containing at least eight grams of Italy’s black culinary diamonds.

Renowned for their exceptional pastas, LucAle’s Homemade Ravioli Filled with Spring Chicken and Savoy Cabbage(HK$458)  served in a luxurious goose liver sauce and topped with generous shavings of black truffle is sure to impress. The Homemade Bigoli with Cantabrian Anchovies, Broccolini and fresh black truffle (HK$458) is the ultimate comfort food with a touch of earthy decadence, while Organic Scrambled Eggs with Perigord Black Truffle (HK$378) allows the premium imported ingredients to speak for themselves.

Lakshmi Harilela
I was cooking since I was 12 years old, alongside my late Father, Mohan Harilela. My family ran restaurants, so I was always sneaking into the kitchens and eating everything I could get my hands on. Since a very young age, I have always had a passion for food, as I was constantly surrounded by it. So I decided to go to Hotel Management School Les Roches in Switzerland for some formal education.
